STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders received by 2pm are processed the same day and sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded (requires a signature).

Royal Mail First Class Recorded - £FREE

This service is available Monday through Friday.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY service for guaranteed delivery of your urgent item, (available UK mainland only).

If you need to have your item urgently, please use our guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service* and have your order arrive by 1pm the next day (*please note that this Royal Mail service is available Monday to Thursday only, there is no delivery at weekends).

* Orders must be received by 2pm. A signature is required upon receipt.

P&P Next Day Delivery - £4.50

Currently we only ship within the UK. Please contact us if you are from outside the UK and are interested in making a purchase.

We regret that we are unable to mail to PO Box addresses.

All items are sent in a complimentary gift box or bag and posted in a padded envelope to protect your jewellery.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt on the following conditions:-

• Contact us by email or telephone within 3 days from the date of receipt
• You not having worn, damaged or altered the item
• The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
• You are responsible for the return postal charge and must obtain proof of posting
• Earrings are non-returnable

You will receive a refund of the sum paid minus postage charges where applicable. Refund will be credited to the payment card at the time of purchase. If you paid by cheque, a refund cheque will be sent to you.

LouLou Designs cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customer's responsibility until they are received and we recommend sending them by registered or recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
